(WEST WITTERING: ELMS LANE) (TEMPORARY CLOSURE) ORDER 2017

NOTICE is hereby given that not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, West Sussex County Council intends to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicle from travelling along the length of Elms Lane outside Jacquerie.

The Order is necessary to allow gas mains works to be undertaken in the carriageway

The Order will come into effect on 25 October 2017 and will last for 18 months or until the proposed works are completed, whichever is earlier. It is anticipated the works will commence on or after 25 October 2017 and will take 1 week to complete.
