LDF may be delayed by infrastructure limitations

Chichester District Council has announced that delays in improving the A27 and limitations on the amount of treated sewage that can be discharged in to Chichester Harbour are jeopardising the Council’s ability to deliver the Government’s new housing numbers.  This is delaying the next stage of the Local Development Framework.  The final phase of consultation is now expected in August 2010.
