CDC Site Policy Consultation
Chichester District Council has published the Interim Policy Statement (IPS) for Housing for public consultation for a period of 4 weeks from 12 June 2020 until 11.59pm on 10 July 2020.
The council is seeking your views on the IPS and the criteria contained within with regard to its use as a decision-making tool in the determination of planning applications for new residential development.
This consultation is not a call for sites, and you are requested not submit proposals for the development of specific sites. If you wish to discuss a site that you own or are promoting, please submit a request to the pre-application advice service or speak to duty planning, or alternatively you may wish to submit the site to the council via the Housing and Economic Land Availability Assessment process.
