95. A27 CONSULTATION –Noted that the Chairman had attended the recent meeting but that there was not enough detail regarding options.
96. DISTRICT AND COUNTY COUNCILLOR UPDATE – Cllr Barratt referred to the CDC bulletin which he had circulated. He also reported on the Inspector’s decision regarding the traveller’s site in Birdham.

a) Quotes for fencing Play Area Sportsfield – Noted 2 quotes had been received as follows: Quote A - £2828.69, Quote B - £3124.88. On a proposal by Mr Hutton and seconded by Mr Martin, members approved Quote A.
b) Accounts for payment - On a proposal by Mr Hutton and seconded by Mrs Pike the following accounts were approved for payment.

Mr Kemp reported that there was still graffiti on the Pumping Station by the Beach Rd.
