MINUTES of the Meeting of the Parish Council,
held on Thursday 6th August 2015 in the Sports Pavilion, Rookwood Road, West Wittering, PO20 8LT
PRESENT: Mr R Shrubb (Chairman) , Mr R Hutton, Mrs J Barrett, Mr K Martin, Mr W Buckland, and 8 members of the public. Cllrs Montyn and Barrett were also present.

86. MINUTES AND MATTERS ARISING
Subject to minute 87 being amended to delete the word “chair” and insert “consultative” after the word Planning, on a proposal by Mr Martin and seconded by Mr Buckland, the minutes were approved and signed by the Chairman.

(a) On a proposal by Mr Martin and seconded by Mr Buckland the above accounts were approved for payment.
88. OPEN FORUM
Members noted the sudden death of Mike Codrai. As a valued and hard working member of the community his loss would be felt by many. His contribution to the village was noted and appreciated.
Mr Shrubb reported that Mr Ruff had been asked to clear the bramble from the hedge on the Village Green, and also that the F/P at Piggery Hall Lane had been strimmed and cut back.
Concern was expressed over parking at the junction of Elms Lane and Rookwood Rd.
Cllr Barrett reported that a Peninsula Forum workshop was being held to address infrastructure and asked for suggestions for projects.
There being no further business for discussion the meeting closed at 7.40 pm.
