NOTICE OF EXTRAORDINARY MEETING AND AGENDA

Your attendance is requested at an Extraordinary Meeting
of the Parish Council to be held in the Social Room of the
Sports Pavilion at 7.00 p.m. on Thursday 16th April 2009

A G E N D A

1. Apologies for absence and declarations under the Code of Conduct.

2. Confirmation of Minutes of the meeting of 2nd April 2009 (Copy available in Library) and any matters arising.

3. To consider and discuss legal advice in order to confirm that Councillor Hopson has resigned from the Council. *

4. To decide whether to make a complaint about Councillor Hopson to the Monitoring Officer of Chichester District Council, and if so what complaint should be made.*

*The Council may by resolution, vote to exclude the press and the public in order to consider legal advice in relation to the resignation of Mr Hopson, and having regard to the confidential nature of the business.
