NOTICE OF MEETING AND AGENDA
Your attendance is requested at the Meeting of the Parish Council to be held in the Social Room of the Sports Pavilion at 7.00 p.m. on Thursday 4th November 2010
AGENDA
There will be a short presentation from the Community Warden at the beginning of the meeting.
1. Apologies for absence and declarations under the Code of Conduct.
2. Planning – to consider planning applications received including appeals and enforcement action. The Chairman will open the meeting to allow members of the public to address the Council.
3. Confirmation of Minutes of meeting held on 7nd October 2010 (Copy available in Library or at www.westwitteringparishcouncil.gov.uk) and any matters arising.
4. Clerks Report and any reports of Working Parties and Other Bodies as follows:

Allotments – The Council will consider Mr. Tupper’s report regarding work to boundaries and fencing
Footpaths and Open Spaces – The Council will consider quotes for footpath maintenance
Sportsfield and Pavilion Management and Millennium Meadow – The Council will consider arrangements for caretaking facilities at the Sportsfield.

Finance – The Council will discuss the Clerks revised contract*

Twinning: Mr. Wright will report on the recent visit to Moutiers

Pagham to East Head Coastal Defence (EHCAG)/EA – The Council will discuss the funding of the EA preferred flood defence option and the possibility of a community fundraising plan including a contribution from the Parish Council.
Emergency Planning
Summerfield Road Low Coat Housing Project Liaison – The Council will consider substitute plans for WW/10/03356/FUL
5. Correspondence received for action or comment including items circulated for information only. (NB items of correspondence must be received by the Clerk for inclusion at least 1 week before the meeting).
6. Finance – Approval of accounts for payment as listed in the Clerk’s report
7. Open Forum – including questions from the public which the Council will consider (no decisions can be made by the Council under this item unless further debate agreed).
* The Council may by resolution vote to exclude the Press and the public in order to discuss this item.
