1. Apologies for absence and declarations under the Code of Conduct.

2. Confirmation of Minutes of meeting held on 2nd October 2008 (Copy available in Library) and any matters arising.

3. Clerks Report to include reports of Working Parties as follows
Allotments – Update on allocation of vacant plots, and skip hire, and receipt of rent payments
Footpaths and Open Spaces – Update East West footpath including approval of full design costs, and specification for bus shelter repair and replacement. Quotes for repair to bus shelters
Sportsfield and Pavilion Management and Millennium Meadow – to include payment of full maintenance contract for Pavilion shutters and modification to door for storage. Approval of quotes for patio and steps
Snowhill

Finance and General Purposes – to receive any reports

Twinning – report on recent visit to Moutiers Les Meaufaits

Web Site Development and Communications – to include progress and decision on the new web site

Pagham to East Head Coastal Defence Strategy – update from meeting in October and summary of consultation on the draft strategy
