Sports Pavilion at 7.00 p.m. on Thursday 8th January 2009

1. Apologies for absence and declarations under the Code of Conduct.

2. Planning – to consider planning applications received including appeals and enforcement action. The Chairman will open the meeting to allow members of the public to address the Council.

3. Confirmation of Minutes of meeting held on 5th December 2008 (Copy available in Library) and any matters arising.

4. Clerks Report to include reports of Working Parties as follows

Allotments – Update on current issues including clearance of plots
Footpaths and Open Spaces – Update East West footpath
Sportsfield and Pavilion Management and Millennium Meadow
Snowhill
Memorial Hall – to receive any report from the Council’s representative on the Management Committee
Finance and General Purposes – to clarify arrangements from January 2009
Village Green
Twinning
Web Site Development and Communications – to include an update on the new web site NB members are invited to attend a presentation before the start of the meeting at 6.45pm
Footway Lighting
Pagham to East Head Coastal Defence Strategy – update from representatives of the East Head Coastal Advisory Group

6. Finance – budget monitoring information, bank reconciliation and accounts for payment as listed., FOI 2009 agreement of charges, Budget and Precept 2009/10 Clerks salary – approval of national pay award*
