NOTICE OF MEETING AND AGENDA

Your attendance is requested at the Meeting of the Parish Council to be held in the Social Room of the Sports Pavilion at 7.00 p.m. on Thursday 5th August 2010.

A G E N D A

1. Apologies for absence and declarations under the Code of Conduct.

2. Planning – to consider planning applications received including appeals and enforcement action. The Chairman will open the meeting to allow members of the public to address the Council.

3. Confirmation of Minutes of meeting held on 1st July 2010 (Copy available in Library or at www.westwitteringparishcouncil.gov.uk) and any matters arising.

4. Finance – Approval of accounts for payment as listed in the Clerks report and review of Clerks remuneration*

5. Open Forum – including questions from the public which the Council will consider (no decisions can be made by the Council under this item unless further debate agreed).

*The Council may, by resolution, vote to exclude the Press and the Public in order to discuss the Clerks remuneration.

WW/10/02879/DOM Pagewood East Strand West Wittering, Dormer, 5 no. rooflights and additional level to existing external staircase.

List No.27/10 WW/10/02987/TCA Atherstone House Elms Lane West, Wittering, Notification of intention to reduce crowns by 30% and remove suppressed limbs from inside the crown on 2 no. Norwegian Maple trees (marked 1 and 2 on sketch plan.) Remove lowest boughs to give a clean bole to 5 metres on 1 no. Birch tree (marked tree 3 on sketch plan.)
