Your attendance is requested at the Meeting of the Parish Council to be held in the Social Room of the Sports Pavilion at 7.00 p.m. on Thursday 1ST April 2010
A G E N D A
1. Apologies for absence and declarations under the Code of Conduct.
2. Planning – to consider planning applications received including appeals and enforcement action. The Chairman will open the meeting to allow members of the public to address the Council.
3. Confirmation of Minutes of meeting held on 4th March 2010 (Copy available in Library or at www.westwitteringparishcouncil.gov.uk) and any matters arising.
4. Clerks Report to include any reports of Working Parties as follows;
- Allotments – Update on vacant plots, allocation and management meeting
- Footpaths and Open Spaces – Update re East/ West path, – Update re WSCC maintenance programme and parish maintenance. – Approval of Pound Rd/Rookwood Rd TRO process
- Sportsfield and Pavilion Management and Millennium Meadow –Update on removal of earth bank, update on Completion of sale of “no man’s land “and legal costs, Approval of quote for mowing Sportsfield.
- Snowhill – Members will debate additional sites for memorial seats on Snowhill and amending the policy for multi hulled boats on the Parish chain.
- Memorial Hall – To receive any report from the Council’s representative on the Management Committee
- Finance
- Village Green
- Twinning – to receive any report from the Council’s representative
- Web Site Development and Communications – to include any update on web site development
- Footway Lighting -
- Pagham to East Head Coastal Defence Strategy – to include any update from representatives of the East Head Coastal Advisory Group
- Emergency Planning – update from Cllr Mr. Smith
- Summerfield Rd – Notice of Liaison meeting with CDC/Hyde Martlett
5. Correspondence received for action or comment including items circulated for information only. (NB items of correspondence must be received by the Clerk for inclusion at least 1 week before the meeting).
6. Finance – Bank reconciliation and approval of accounts for payment as listed. To receive the monthly monitoring statement.
7. Open Forum – including questions from the public which the Council will consider (no decisions can be made by the Council under this item unless further debate agreed).
