1. Apologies for absence and declarations under the Code of Conduct.

2. Planning – to consider planning applications received including appeals and enforcement action. The Chairman will open the meeting to allow members of the public to address the Council.

3. Confirmation of Minutes of meeting held on 5th March 2009 (Copy available in Library) and any matters arising.

4. Clerks Report to include reports of Working Parties as follows;

  • Allotments
  • Footpaths and Open Spaces – footpath maintenance quotes, removal of Seat, Marine Drive bank,
  • Sportsfield and Pavilion Management and Millennium Meadow
  • Snowhill
  • Memorial Hall – to receive any report from the Council’s representative on the Management Committee

  • Twinning – report on recent presentation
  • Web Site Development and Communications – to include an update on the new web site.

  • Pagham to East Head Coastal Defence Strategy – update from representatives of the East Head Coastal Advisory Group

7. County Council and European elections – 4th June 2009 – Members to note change of date for June meeting from 4th June to 1st June 2009
